This event is organized with the aim of improving road safety. Participation is limited. You hereby make a binding reservation for a spot at the Zandvoort track day on November 9, 2026 (09:00 to 17:00) at Circuit Zandvoort. The price is €410.00 (incl. VAT) per vehicle (including one driver for the day) for early bookings (payment received by October 31, 2026). Any additional driver for the vehicle pays €80.00. Both the primary driver and the second driver will each receive a food/beverage voucher (value: €10) for Mickey's Restaurant. Passengers pay €20. The event follows an "Open Pitlane" format. Starting at 09:00, 30-minute sighting laps for "newcomers" are scheduled/available if required. Lunch break is from 12:00 to 13:00.

Application/Tender:
Participation is restricted to those who have registered in advance (confirmed by MSC Langenfeld or Renngemeinschaft Bergisch Gladbach); additional participants can only be registered on-site if capacity allows. Vehicles may carry a maximum of two occupants. Helmets are mandatory. Please note that places are allocated based on the date of registration receipt, and participation is only confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation. The event is subject to a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if this minimum is not met. Entry fees paid up to that point will be refunded.

The event may be cancelled due to weather conditions or at the discretion of the operator. 

The participation fee must be paid no later than October 31, 2026 (date of receipt of payment).

There is no official timing by the organizer. The event is not intended for achieving top speeds. Speed ​​limits (including in the pit lane) must be observed and will be enforced. Drivers must show mutual consideration when on the track! A first violation will result in a warning; a second violation will lead to the driver's exclusion from the event.

The event takes place on November 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the event without stating a reason. 
• Vehicles are permitted if they meet safety standards (regarding seats, brakes, secure battery mounting, etc.). Tire choice is unrestricted. 
• Vehicles with temporary registration plates and unregistered test vehicles are also permitted. 
• Wearing a helmet that meets EC standards is mandatory. 
• Vehicle windows must be kept closed. 
• A noise emission limit of 92 dB(A) per vehicle applies. 
• A mutual waiver of liability for accidents applies. 
• Minimum age: 16 years (only if accompanied). 
• Electric vehicles are not permitted. 

By submitting this registration, you acknowledge and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Circuit Zandvoort. 

As in previous years, pit garages can be rented on-site through the MSC.

Payment:
The participation fee must be paid by October 31, 2026 (date of receipt of payment). Registrations made after October 31, 2026, or on-site cost €460 (incl. VAT), including a late registration surcharge. Registration is binding; therefore, a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged if you do not attend on the reserved days. 

The liability waiver must be filled out and signed on site.
